But I found the similar GPU with 2GB version :

Based on GPU-Z, the GPU using code name "Juniper". and based on this site, the TDP for Juniper code name will be around 108W.

Agreed, but when it comes to recommendation i don't think this forum is a good place for me as a limited budget pc builder.

Yeah, I agree with you. But they're not wrong, of course they will give a best recommend in terms of gaming purpose.
That's why I more active in this forum, because there are some tight budget user still came to this forum.
