Max Temp for Core 2 Duo

Hi guys !

Is good 30 degree in idle state and 80 degree in full load for an Intel Core 2 Duo E6420 (2.13 Ghz non-overclocked) ?

E6420 with 80'C on full load with stock speed is bad 🙁
My old Q6600 was only 44'C on full load with stock speed (Zalman CNPS9500).
C2Q is suppose to be a bit hotter than C2D.

Its maximum operating temperature is 60.1 degrees celsius. In idle it is fine, but in full load is abit too much.

80 degrees is not good , try to go down to 70 max.

If there is dust in the heatsink then blow it out and also clean the inside of the computer case if it is filled with dust.

thermal paste , maybe change/add some fans . Clean the dust if there is anything .

Or do a ghetto mod like this xD .
