CPU:
AMD Ryzen 5 1600 (14nm) 3.2 GHz 6-Core Processor (£88)

Storage:
Western Digital Blue 500 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive and toshiba (£60) 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£ 36)

MotherBoard:
ASRock B450M-HDV Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard (£52)

Solution
Don't get 2 kits of ram. That PSU is not very good for your selected hardware.
A Ryzen 5 1600 AF 12nm or a Ryzen 5 2600 would be a better choice for not much more.

Newer Ryzen 5 1600 AF (effectively a 2600) for 7 pounds more tahn the 1600
Single 2x8gb kit of similar ram for far less money.
Slightly better motherboard for the same price.
Better quality and higher wattage PSU which will allow you room for future upgrades or overclocking.

Will be a massive difference between the Ryzen 51600 14nm and the Ryzen 5 2600 ? Because difference price between them is £30, my purpose is to play games such as planet zoo, dragon quest XI and dragon ball z kakarot ( games like that basically)

Odd, when I did the search, it puts then at £20 apartm at about £89 for the 1600 vs £109 for the 2600:
https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/products/cpu/#s=60&sort=price&page=1

Still, I don't think I'd pay an extra 22% for the 2600 over the 1600. Also, I haven't seen any reference to the 1600AF version (part# YD1600BBAFBOX), in the UK. They are usually a great deal when avaialable - at least in the US, they're typically at or below original 1600 price, but are basically a slightly downclocked 2600 (12nm process, etc)

While the CX (2017) power supplies are adequate, I'd suggest either the Corsair TX550M at £61:
https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product...d-semi-modular-atx-power-supply-cp-9020133-na

or, if you think there will be upgrades a couple of years in the future, say beefier video card or CPU down the line, the Corsair TX650M at £70:
https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product...d-semi-modular-atx-power-supply-cp-9020132-na

Though, even with future upgrades in mind, I think the 550W should be sufficient, unless you plan to really go nuts with a video card and/or CPU.

I wouldn't worry about overclocking yet - if you can get the 1600AF processor for equal to or less than the regular 1600, definitely grab it. Even at stock speeds, it might well be plenty for your needs.

There's a first time for everyone. I'm told there are a number of tutorials on YouTube to show how it's done. In fact, I think my previous (outdated) experience made it a little worse for me, because I did some things out of order the last time I did and had to backtrack - the arrogance in thinking I hadn't forgotten certain things in what I was doing. Wasn't a problem, just tedious.

It's not difficult, as long as you're careful and patient.
