Maximum clock of Intel i3-4130

Is it true that i3-4130 can run up to 3900mhz at 1.2V? or it's just a bug?

I have seen the "maximum clock: 3900Mhz" on Aida64 Engineer, DMI->Processor->Intel i3-4130.

BTW, here's my system unit's specifications:
Intel Core i3-4130

Asus H87M-E

G.Skills Ripjawsx 8GB 1600Mhz CL9 Dual Channel

WD Caviar Green 4TB

Cooler Master Hyper 212X

Gigabyte Superb 720

Intels Ark is a great place to look for the truth on these matters. Just google the model number and Ark and it'll be top of the list.

Except it doesn't give you peak because that depends on thermal conditions I expect.

I already saw that page. It only indicates the base frequency. Aida64 gave me the information of "maximum clock speed". I just want to clarify if i3-4130 can really go up to 3900mhz.

It doesn't do turbo, so i'd say not.
