Maximum hard disk capacity for celeron processor

hi i am having intel celeron b processor and mercury mother board(2012 model).. i just want to extend my hard disk and RAM. Will these configuration supports 500 gb hard disk and 2gb ram???

Should be fine.

As you are working with low specs, I hope I'm not causing offense by just pointing out that if your work involves a re-install and you are using and old XP disc, you will want to format a <128GB partition to start with and then extend it out to the full 500gb after SP2 install. Other than that I can't think of a reason why your setup would fail.
