2 x SATA 1.5Gb/s connector. (Why did not said you can have a max 500GB HDD)
My HDD now is 160GB. and i mean how to know if how many more GB that my motherboard can support? and im really confused if i can upgrade my HDD in more than 160GB..how to know it?

Hi. The specs that read "2x SATA 1.5 Gb/s" means that you can physically put two (2) HDDs with a SATA connection. The 1.5 Gb/s only means the speed (NOT capacity) at which the interface is running. Yours is an old board with SATAI (1.5Gb/s speed). It has been upgraded to SATAII (3.0Gb/s speed) and currently, newer boards have SATAIII (6.0 Gb/s speeds). You can install a maximum of 2 HDDs of whatever capacity you may like using that motherboard. Note that you can install a SATAIII HDD into that SATAI motherboard as it is backward-compatible, but, it will only run at a speed of SATAI.
