maximum power consumption

what is the maximum power consumption of both a10 - 7700k and sapphire r7 250x 1 gb vapor x?.
I currently have an EVGA 500W silver, would it also hold corsair h55 cooler?
I'll be happy if any of you guys can answer both question

A good 500w will be able to handle your system just fine.
