[SOLVED] Maximum Ram Does not Match with Model Info

Hello

I m bit confused because I have MSI GE63 RADIER RGB 9SF which have maximum ram capacity is 64 gb
but when i check with cmd wmic command it shows only 32 gb i also check with crucial scan its also shows 32 gb only

I'm not sure, but that might mean 32 gb per RAM slot, for a total of 64.

The specs at MSI web site say you have only 2 slots and a max capacity of 64.

Can you show screenshots from CPU-Z - memory and spd sections?

Most likely - your system has 32GB of ram (not 64GB).
64 GB - is max possible for your laptop.

The crucial checker often only shows the maximum the system was shipped with or could handle at the using RAM sticks that were sold at the time, higher density modules have come along since then which means many computers can theoretically support more than at time of launch.
