maximum ram for intel dual core

I am using intel dual core g2020 2.9 GHz I want to upgrade my system for gaming and performance enhancement, how much ram should I use to upgrade my system without bottlenecking.

For gaming you only need 8GB really, 16GB at the most to be safe.

That CPU only supports a maximum of 32GB of RAM, not that you'd need that much.
