Question maximum RAM support for i945gm chip set on socket M?

Any body can tell me the maximum RAM support for i945gm chip set on socket M? can i use 3gb or 4gb ddr2 ram in my system while i am thinking to upgrade my cpu intel celeron M to intel core 2 duo mobile T7600?
