i have a MSI ATI RADEON R4670 GRAPHIC CARD . I AM THINKING OF BUYING A 22 INCH LCD MONITOR ( SAMSUNG SYNCMASTER P2250). I JUST WANT TO KNOW THAT WILL THIS 22 INCH MONITOR OVERLOAD MY GRAPHIC CARD DUE TO GAMING.
nope. I don't think so. my old 3850 256MB could play everything i threw at it @ 1680x1050.
Personally I'm not sure if its worth exceeding 22" for gaming because, for me at least, looking at the cross-hair all the time i loose some peripheral detail near the edge of the screen so i can miss things. I remember this when I first got my 22" but I may have gotten used to it now because I can't think of any recent incidents.
The HD 3850 is more powerful than the HD 4670.

To the OP:
#1. ALL CAPS = SHOUTING!!!!!!!!!!!
#2. The HD 4670 is year old+ mainstream card, and now really falls under the value segment in term of performance based on current available video cards.
#3. It is still capable of playing games on a 1680 x 1050 monitor, however you may need to use medium graphic settings to get the performance you want want in current and future games.
#4. See below link to an old HD 4670 with benchmarks to get an idea of how well it performs with high / very high graphic settings:
