Maximus Gene-Z vs Fatal1ty vs P8P67 Deluxe

I plan on buying a motherboard and a temporary 2500k from microcenter.

(plan to use the 2500k on an HTPC later, and get an ivybridge processor when it comes out)

basically, are the extra bells and whistles for the Asuz Z68 Maximus IV Extreme-Z worth the extra 100+ over the AsRock Professional Fatal1ty and Asus P8Z68 Deluxe?
