Maximus IV Extreme-Z vs.Maximus IV GENE-Z

I am debating between these two mb's. I understand the Extreme has more expansion slots, usb ports, and different audio but I plan on using only one graphics card. What I really want to is if I will see any kind of difference in gaming and multimedia between the two? Are there any bells and whistles on one that really sets them apart? Like the "overclocking features" or the "special features"?

I plan on getting a 1155 socket z68, with a 2600k or a 2700k if they come out soon.

The extremez is just a fancy genez.. If you got money to burn go with it. at least you can play around with the cool overclocking features, but other than that, the two boards are nearly identical and will give you the same performance (minus the overclocking on the extreme)

I'd take the cheap route and put the extra cash into the processor or videocard

So I would loose a little OC options? Both MB's list a bunch of oc'ing stuff but I have no expierence with asus oc options.
