Ok so i just built a new computer and this is what I have installed at the moment:

NZXT H440
i7-4790k
Maximus VII Hero
H100i GTX
Samsung 500 SSD

My problem is with the sound as stated, I have a Asus VN248H-P monitor connected through HDMI. I can't get any sound to come through to the monitor. I have connected an AUX cable to connect to the monitor from the case and the motherboard outputs and still no audio. When I connect headphones on the case and motherboard audio does play. I have installed and re-installed the drivers and still no luck. I was wondering if anyone had a similar problem with some sort of fix.
Thanks.

Solution

a) Press Windows key + X
b) Click on "Control Panel"
c) With the Control Panel in "Control Panel Home" view please click on "Hardware and Sound"
d) Where it says "Sound" in green letters there are three options below that are in blue click on "Manage Audio Devices"
e) This will bring up a window labeled "Sound"
f) On the "Playback" tab there is listed the sound options available to you. One should read "Digital Output Device (HDMI)" Click on that.
g) There should now be a check mark on that option, make HDMI sound output as default .
h) The Sound should then play through your HDMI hookups
You may have to enable hdmi audio in graphics card properties. Nvdia control panel if its an nvidea card. Also you could click the speaker icon or sound in control panel and look at your devices and enable hdmi aound. I am not near my computer to walk you through it. Maybe later i can...

Solution
Thank you for trying to help me out, but unfortunately it don't have the "Digital Output Device (HDMI)".
I have some pictures of what I have on my end.
New Build
This image shows what I currently get on my new build which is the one I am having trouble with.

This next image is my old build (still working) and how everything was set up and the audio is played on the monitor through HDMI only.
Old Build

I hope this help in some sort of way. Again Thanks for trying to help me.

The only drivers available on their website is a multi-frame software and nothing else.

So that didn't seem to help it at all :??:

Edit/Update: I uninstalled the RealTek Driver and reinstalled it. Nothing still same problem, then I went and updated the Intel HD Graphics driver and worked!
Again thank you for your help and time!
