Maxmimus Extreme X38 new RAM problem

Hey! I just want to update my old workstation with this mobo:

I have my working 2 X Corsair CM3X2048-1333c9dhx 4 Gb

I just took couple Kingston ValueRAM [KVR13N9S6/2] 2 Gb to test. Removed my old RAM and setup only single Kingston module. And its not working for some reason 🙁

Even the timings the same between my old Corsair and Kingston. Any thoughts regarding the issue?

BTW the old Corsair is from 2008 and the Kingston is the new one produced in 2018. The chips placed on the both sides of the Corsair and there is only 4 chips (512 each) on the one side of the Kingston.

Im not sure about this old mobo but can it be the issue?

CPU is Q9550 Intel

Tried XMP, manually settings freq and timings - nothing works

Probably an issue with low density x64 RAM, vs high density x128 modules. Sometimes the high density is referred to as AMD RAM. It's much cheaper than the "Intel" or "PC" RAM. If the same size modules have fewer chips then that's high density. In workstations you also have to be aware of ECC vs non ECC RAM. They will have an odd number of chips due to an aded error correction chip. There may be a BIOS setting required for this. In other word it may actually support high density, but you have an ECC conflict.
I would go to Crucial.com and search for RAM for your system and see if they sell x64 only, or if x128 is offered.
