The green light on unit went out. I checked output voltage, it was 2 volts. Replaced power cord and the green light is blinking. What does this mean?

Solution
I assume that the drive is also not working?.?.? If not, it's possible that it's being under-powered and isn't able to spin up. Or it's possible that the USB bridge board is cooked from the low voltage of the failed adapter.

If you have a desktop handy, try connecting the internal drive directly to the motherboard and power supply to verify that it still works.
