No clue. Google returns nothing. It could be anything, it could be nothing. If you think it's a threat, try scanning it with your antivirus, see if it raises any flags.

Thanks Andrew. It was actually my rootkit revealer software that was not getting its right path to get installed on my computer. That was registered as SUKMEI in the temp folder. May be because of some malware on my computer. I tried to run Malaware antimalaware through chameleon but was not able to run it and that hints me of a malware on my pc. Thanks.
