May have a virus HELP !!

Basically I first noticed that I cannot delete any files from my "dowloads" folder. It says an unexpected error is keeping me from deleting the file blah blah. Also my computer fails to download any program it always gives an error message

Try doing a system restore to an earlier point and running full virus scans.

You could open Windows in "Safe Mode with Networking" and try to download Malwarebytes, install and run a scan. You can also try running "Housecall" from Trendmicro, it's a free online virus scanner.

The above suggestions are both great, Always try running an Anti-Virus/Malwarebytes scan and doing a system restore however I found in the past when a computer is that badly infected its best to do a fresh install of your OS.
