May i delete the windows.old folder

did the win10 upgrade... seems to be working fine. if i have any issues i presume i would just do a clean reinstall of win10, which i will likely do anyways sometime in the near future.

soooo....... may i delete this windows.old folder i see on my c: drive? its taking up 26gb of precious space on my ssd.

Sure...you may not be able to delete the whole thing. You may have to open the folder and delete things on at a time

Go for it. Actually, delete it and then run the disk cleanup tool with the system files option and see what else is out there hogging up disk space.

Only way to completely remove the folder is by using the disk clean-up tool, just make sure to press the cleanup sytem files button.
