Hey, guys. First, sorry if I'll commit any mistakes (since english is not my main lang). So, I bought this PC a while ago, and it had 8 gb of RAM. Now I wanted to upgrade to 16. But I can't get past that boot logo. It just freezes there. In BIOS, it read 16 gb, but in single channel. What am I to do? Need to buy another one?
I have an Asrock A320M, and it supports dual channel though. I know that if there is any site which can help me with this problem, I won't find one more suitable for the job.

The new stick have the same specs. I tried to switch the old 8gb in slot 2, see if that works. Nope. It starts, stands like 10 sec, and then restarts. The new stick does the same. But both work in slot 1. I guess second slot burned or something? Idk if resetting BIOS or removing CMOS would help? Kinda afraid of trying that out.
