mayhem blue uv dye - time sensitive

Ok, my brother put ub blue die in his loop, cleaning it this crap is not coming off, does anyone know a solvent for this crap?

if anyone is interested, we went with vinegar after searching if clr would be useable, we went vinegar as it would be the least likely to cause long term damage if trace bits are still on the parts.
