Question MB Asus strix z390 f QLED VGA on!!!

I have a problem when I turn on the pc Why!!! MB Qled VGA turn on White color

it happen sometimes so I don't understand

Please help me or give advise to fix it

Are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard? Include the make and model of the PSU, not just the wattage. Include the version of the OS you're working with.
