Mb broken, help?

I have bought new components and my vga led is on when i have tried it with my and friends gpu. I have tested all (reset cmos, take off cpu power wire etc.) No display

Asus geforce gtx 750ti
980ti (tested too)
GA AX370 Gaming K3
Amd ryzen 5 2600X
8Gb DDR4
Cougar 700W bronze

The Gigabyte GA-AX370-Gaming K3 motherboard needs at least BIOS version "F22" to support the Ryzen 5 2600X processor. You probably need to update your BIOS.

if it not a bios issue make sure the 8 pin eps cable is connected to the mb. if it is try another test power supply see if the one you have may be doa unit.
