MB budget for C2d G33 +P965

hi im on a tight budget, and am looking for an upgrageable 775 board.

I was think a G33, from gigabyte like the DS2, ant suggestion or would i still be better with a DS3

i actually really like the g33 as it allows you to use a smaller form factor while still being a good overclocker.
