Question MB CPU and dram lights are on even though I didn't do anything to the RAM nor CPU

So I was restarting my PC after opening the case since one of my hard drives disconnected somehow, and after reseating everything and turning the PC on there was no signal at all, and after hitting the restart button the MB gave 3 beeps. After turning it off and on again it was just blank and only has the CPU and DRAM lights on, after looking through the other forums that has this problems, I tried out the solutions like reseating the ram, using only 1 stick, and unplugging every storage device that had a problem and retying that, it still doesn't work, I have not reseated the CMOS battery since there is a sticker tag on it and it seems to be a warranty sticker, and I haven't tried reseating the CPU either since the cooler is very very attached to the CPU like glue and last time I tried to remove the cooler the entire cpu came off with it.

I need some help since the other solutions didn't work and it's kinda odd how me reseating the SATA cables somehow does damage to the ram, it doesn't really make sense to me.

Motherboard: ASRock b550m pro4
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600
RAM: apacer Nox 2 x 8gb DDR4 3200mhz

Do you have another known working CMOS battery without that "warranty sticker"?

If so, install that battery and be sure to follow the installation procedure provided in the motherboard's User Guide/Manual.

That sticker might simply be a packaging sticker to prevent the battery from being able to accidentally discharge.

Well after taking a closer look, it seems to be a sticker from the store that I've bought it from, it looks to be just a date written on the sticker, I've popped it out and currently waiting for a bit before popping it back in, I have also tried another stick of ram stolen from my sisters PC, and it also did not work

Hopefully removing that sticker will resolve the problem.

As for the RAM stick - I would not expect that to necessarily work.

Especially if the RAM stick (specs) was unsupported by the motherboard and/or not matched to the existing RAM as a kit. Must be properly installed as well.

Remember when dealing with problems of any sort that troublehooting should only change one thing at a time.

Be very methodical and deliberate.

If you make multiple changes at once and the problem is solved there will be some uncertainty about what actually fixed the problem. Sometimes that may or may not matter - we are just happy to have it working again.

Otherwise, more can go wrong thus making things even confusing and worse....
