[SOLVED] MB doesn't work with new RAM module

CPU: AMD Phenom II X2 545
MB: ASUS M5A78L-M LX
Chipset: AMD 760G
RAM: Samsung 4GB 1333 PC3

I bought a new RAM module:
SK Hynix 4GB 10600R PCL3 1333
HMT351R7EFR8A-H9

Originally I wanted extra memory, but PC didn't start with new module. It cannot even start the BIOS when new module is present. But it works OK with one old module. With both modules or with a new module alone it doesn't start. No video signal, no beeping.

It looks like the new RAM is faulty, but maybe there are some tricks, which I may try before bringing new RAM to service?

I don't see the motherboard support low voltage ddr3

Thanks for instant reply. Yes, I checked official list for this MB memory support:

This particular module is not there, but there are some low voltage modules in this list. So I thought it would be OK.
