Question MB-i67Q0 motherboard and i3 2120 cpu and geforce gt 1030 gpu

I have a MB-i67Q0 LGA 1155 motherboard
i3 2120 cpu
Geforce GT 1030 gpu
10g ram
and Mid ATX Tempered Glass Computer Gaming PC Case USB 3.0 Mini ITX
want to know if this is the right stuff to use for gaming

the system I have now is slowing down those games

The i7 930 is a faster CPU. If anything the i3 will run games even worse.

I'd suggest upgrading your GPU on your i7 930 system first. A used Radeon RX 470 or 570 can be found pretty cheap on eBay. A lot of them sell for about $75. Then the next upgrade to save up for. If you can't afford it now. Would be to get that i3 2120 upgraded to a used i7 2600 for about $75 used. Then you could swap out boards.

Also consider selling old parts. Those x58 boards with CPU often sell in the $100 to $130 range. Shipping and fees will take $20 to $30 out of that. Just make sure to limit sales to your country.

If you have the spare parts to sell a fully functioning x58 system. You could sell it locally with that GT 1030 installed. You'll probably get enough to pay for the i7-2600, Rx 570 and 16GB RAM (matched pair).
