MB lights up nothing else seems to be getting power

new build Asus z170 pro gaming aura MB
i7-7700
evga 850 psu 16gb ram
radeon fx 460 V-card
sat7200 2tb hdd
24 g ssd
when powered on no fans spin including cpu and can get no signal to monitor to check bios .any thoughts?

The ASUS Z170 Pro doesn't have a BIOS loaded to run a KABY LAKE CPU , you need a SKYLAKE CPU to update it or send the Z170 back and get a Z270 , those are your 2 options.
