Question MB/ram issue

So I got a new nzxt kraken x52, and after I install it, the pump runs and everything is fine except there is an orange code on the MB indicating ram. My ram is Corsair RGB pro and it is glowing up, so it is definitely getting power. I can't get to bios or anything because of the ram not working. Any ideas?

Slighty Loosen the screw holding the cooler to the CPU.
If the cooler is too tight it can cause problems with the IMC recognizing RAM properly.
