Question MB stand off?

Hi,
I am installing a new motherboard in a old case. Pulled out the old motherboard and the case has stamped standoffs. It looks like it should work out, it worked for the the old MB.

Based on previous articles I have read I was expecting screws between the case and MB which would have had smaller top.

Do I need to do anything or is the stamped standoff in the case the standard way it is done.
