MB support CPU

Can the ASUS M5A97 R2.0 MB (https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A97_R20/) support the AMD FX-8350 8 core 4,2GHz 125W CPU (FD8350FRHKHBX: it comes overclocked in the box with the wraith cooler)?
I've heard that the M5A97 R2.0 isnt good at handling OC components.

I know it can support the normal version, i'm asking if it can support the OC version.

They can all OC, it's Black edition just means that it's high binned CPU with C0 stepping and that should let it it OC better than "normal" ones. If you don't OC they all use same amount of power if that's what you are concerned about.
