Question MB Won't turn on

So it started as i build my old components of a prebuilt (yes i realised it was stupid) to a new case. It worked at first, but had some problems with the fans spinning crazy. Suddently my pc wouldnt turn on. Have tested a second power supply and it didnt work, so i guess it wasnt that. Nothing was happening when i pressed the power button, suddently i thought of removing the CMOS battery for 5-10 minutes. The PC wouldnt turn on, but the front panel lights started twitching for half a second and then didnt reappear. What could be the issue in this case? Could it be the CMOS? The twitching always happens when i turn the powersupply on and off.

Gtx 1060 3gb
Tampa 2 motherboard from HP
I5-8400
8gb ddr4 2400 mhz
Cooler master v1200 platinum

Prebuilt pc: HP Omen 880-138no

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. In your case, you will need to include the prebuilt's make and model and perhaps it's specs as well as the parts you swapped out or in for the rebuild.

Specs in intro. Using a cooler master v1200 psu. Ive had it for over a year working just fine on my prebuilt pc. It all happened after i changed the case.
