Question MB Z790 AORUS ELITE AX ICE DDR5 WITH YELLOW DRAM LED

Help me, my friends!
I bought all new parts for my PC, but when I turn it on, the fans spin, the DRAM LEDs light up, and the water cooler panel turns on. However, the yellow DRAM light stays on continuously, and the PC shuts down after a few seconds.

Specs:

• Motherboard: Gigabyte Z790 Aorus ELITE AX ICE DDR5
• Graphics card: RTX 4060 Ti Ventus (MSI)
• Processor: Intel i7 14700F
• Water cooler: Rise Mode Aura Ice
• 2x RAM: Kingston Fury Beast 16GB DDR5
• PSU: MSI MAG A850GL 850W Plus Gold PFC Active

I’ve already:

• Tested with just one RAM stick, with both, and swapped their positions.
• Removed and reseated the processor.
• Checked the motherboard for bent pins.
• Removed the motherboard battery to reset the BIOS.
• Checked all cables.
• Checked the NVMe drive.

Could it be that the BIOS version isn’t compatible with the processor?
