MBO/APU and VGA working together? How do I find out?

I have a new Build: MSI FM2-A75MA-E35/AMD A10-5800K Trinity 3.8GHz MOBO and VGA ASUS HD6670-2GD3 Radeon HD 6670 2GB. How do I know they are working together? Is there an indicator on the click II BOIS program I hav not found?

you can tell if they are working together with CPU-ID, "graphics" tab.
http://www.cpuid.com/

It will say something like ATI crossfire enabled..

You have to enable it on the catalyst:
