Question MBR boot in EFI Mode?

As I know if you want to boot in EFI mode (without CSM or any other compatibility) you neet GPT. But UltraISO somehow creates MBR partition that boots in EFI mode and in legacy mode too.How do the manage it? Anyone knows?

that is simple, external drives doesnt need GPT, thats for internal drives only
MBR + efi folder on external drive is okay
