MBs RAM VCs

Hello and thank-you for reading my post, I have been having some small problems with my P.C. I have just opened and installed 2x 16 GB of RAM to replace my 2x 4 GB of RAM both 240 pin. My P.C was working fine before i installed the new RAM. After I installed the ram I bought 5 days ago I tried to boot up my P.C to find it with no output for my keyboard or mouse, no signal, and no fan for my video card (there is a small second the fan will start up then will stop for the rest of the time the P.C is on). As you can tell I cant get to a my bios because i have no signal, I have also tried to put back the old parts I had in my P.C and it still did not work. Please help!

Try clearing the CMOS by using the motherboard jumpers.
