McAfee total protection antivirus

I have buy McAfee total protection 3 user antivirus few days ago. yesterday i have installed cd and then activated antivirus.after the checking updates then i installed updates.

But the main problem is that time pc automatic restarted and asking reboot. one more time i have restart my computer after that computer started but it's working to slow and hang problem.
Currently i am using window 7 operating system.
Let us know how i can solve this problem.
Please help me.

McAfee is a terrible product, uninstall it and install Microsoft Security Essentials, it's free and won't slow your PC down.

what is your system configuration?
Genrally antivirus(esp mcafee norton) causes slowdowns but if you have a weak system , it becomes noticable

McAfee should be tagged as malware due to the crap it installs, how it slows down your system and is difficult to fully remove at times.

Whats ur system config if its low then uninstall this produck n buy a avast pro that will not slow down ur pc
