Will ZIBUYU adapter card work with Gigabyte H110M-S2 motherboard having PCIe 2.0 x1 slots for connecting a m-key adapter having MacBook Air 2015 A1466 AHCI SSD
I already have an adapter card that converts the AHCI SSD to a m-key interface

Yes though you may not get full speed from the SSD

It worked! (I got that zibuyu card delivered y'day)
Was able to retrieve the contents using pv, wef-tools, and apfs-fuse in Ubuntu
