I have a Gigabyte x48-DS4 and pc2-8000 memory with a qx9650 and 2 raptors and 2 HD3870's. I would like to know what your guys thoughts are on MCH & Skew Control and if you guys could post links to sites on these options. What your opinions are? What settings I should go with in a certain situation? Thanks for the replies.

I would leave it alone. :D
I've googled it and found a bunch of people leaving it at normal.
http://www.clunk.org.uk/forums/reviews/ check blog for GA-X38-DQ6 or living review for GA-X48T-DQ6.

EDIT: I also found this
"CPU Clock Skew Control" AKA "CPU PLL" on other motherboards
"(G)MCH Clock Skew Control" AKA "NB PLL" on other motherboards
