MCP6P M2 /N68S no video

Hello,
New MoBo,cpu,HDD,memory,tower-all installed but nothing on monitor-as if I had monitor off.Also,no beep.Tried video card,even integrated video but,nothing.Helpppp,please.

Yes to all that.Found out the cpu,after locating a magnifing glass,1 pin was missing and 1 seemed loose.Sent it(and the Mobo) back for exchange.Thanks to everyone that replied.
