MD5 tool help

Hi, if anyone can help me implement the md5 tool on our DC Final server
can they please respond. We have PB enabled but we suspect players of
using edited rfa files to give better zoom etc. While Im knowledgeable
about server running and adminning I know nowt about the md5 tool!
Maybe a fellow clan leader/server admin can help?
