Hi there. I have $450 budget. I have visited a shop where I liked DELL Optiplex 790 with 4GB RAM, 250GB HDD, Core i5 3.3Ghz i don't know it was 2400 or 2400K and DVD-RW: $140.

LED monitor 22 inches: $70
GTX 1050ti 4GB: $210
Total: $430 including simple keyboard and mouse.
Tell me will this DELL PC giving me 1080p gaming taste and HD editing and rendering?
Does its motherboard support GTX 1050ti 4GB? I cannot increase my budget.

Old Optiplex towers are not that good to be honest, their motherboards are difficult to deal with and the expansion and cooling options are terrible. I suggest you go with a personal build, I have assembled one here for you:

We're pushing the limits a bit here, I would suggest that you move down to a 500GB HDD to save some money. If it's still too expensive then, you may have to give up the 1050 Ti for an RX 560.

No such thing as a 2400K. You should be able to game at 1080P, albeit on low-med settings. As far as HD editing, you can do that too, just very slowly. 4GB of ram will barely run your OS, most people recommend 16GB as a minimum for editing and rendering video.

Sorry. I'm from Pakistan. For cheap computers, we travel 160km and sometimes 290+km from our city for best parts and prices. Here in my country, majority can't afford brand new PCs so they spend life in refurnished PCs that came from abroad. I was looking for a refurnished PC that can help me in gaming and rendering. But somebody said DELL 790 is not going to help. But I can't afford new parts saperately. What you suggest?
