[SOLVED] Me pc random restart itself

Whenever I'm watching something the screen just goes black and the pc restarts itself. It never happends when I'm playing a game, only when watching something or a discord call or whatsoever. I already tried a lot and it's driving me crazy. Already did a clean install and turned off the windows update (we thought it was a software problem) it was good for two days maybe and then it happened again.

These are my specs:

Motherboard:
gigabyte ga z97mx gaming 5
CPU:
Intel Core i5-4670K
Memory:
16gb
Graphic Card:
amd radeon rx 580
PSU:
be quiet! System Power 9 600W

I am kind of new in building an pc

I hope people have some solutions?

Seems like a psu problem or motherboard at this case but you should start from the psu had the same problem before 1 year cause my corsair 850w psu. How old is your psu?
