ME scandisk

hey hey all , with windows me , how does one disable scandisk from hapening after a bad shoot down?? kinda drives me crazy , pls , help

Go to the run box and type"MSCONFIG". On the first tab click on advance and there will be a check box to disable after bad shutdown
