what the meaning of "on-premises"?
This is the property of Amazon or the property of the company that earns those services from Amazon?
Is the word meant to office of the company or office of Amazon? Is it office? I check in Wikipedia in it say something about building so is it office?

On-premises = stuff in our building. Things we own and control.
'Cloud' = something we pay for but someone else (Amazon, in this case) mostly controls.
