measure bottleneck athlon 4450e dual core whit hd 6870?

hi, does any body know how can i measure my bottleneck. my system is

atholon 4450e dual core + amd hd 6870 + 4 gigas ram ddr2 dual channel + 160 gb disk sata+ mobo chipse amd 780g + sb 700 + aerocool 600 watts.

im playing crysis all in very hight and sometimes lags, im playing tomb raider 2013 and runs ok even whit tress fx activated.

but i will play black ops 3 and gta v and i want to know the botleneck before to play, thanks.
