measurements and part picking first build

I am starting my first build, and it will probably be my last too, I just want one that I can put together myself and will last for a long time, anyways.

will a Cooler Master Hyper D92 fit in a thermaltake chaser A71 case with a ASUS Z97-A motherboard? and I've read that heat sinks can be large enough to make it so some ram won't fit. so will the G. SKILL Rip jaws Z series 32gb (4x8gb) fit in with it too?

Usually but always good to verify yourself but I have never had big issues with compatibility.
