measuring temperature

Hello,

Does anyone know what the best method is to measure temperature of CPU and
mainboard of a notebook AMD Mobile 2800 processor.

I'm owning a Targa Visionary 210 notebook, and I can't read out temperatures
so far. In BIOS I don't see any option for it. Is there a software solution?
