Mechanical keyboard backspace and enter key entering random characters (Ducky Shine 4)

Hello! I've been so frustrated trying to solve this problem and I was hoping someone on this community could help. This morning my enter and backspace keys decided to randomly stop working, I have no idea what happened or what I did. For example, when I hit backspace: "6789-=`12345" that happens. When I hit enter this happens: "hjkl
;ASDFG'" The enter key also turns on Caps lock if that matters. I'm not really sure what to do anymore. If anyone has any possible solutions to my problem I would greatly appreciate your help, thank you!

You need to RMA it with either the retailer from where you bought the Ducky Shine 4 from or directly with Ducky. You should ask for a replacement.
I had the same thing with my Shine 4 but I went via OCUK for a replacement. They haven't respond to what went wrong with the keyboard.
