Question Mechanical Keyboard causing pc to not boot

I recently bought a Gamdias Hermes P2 mechanical keyboard and since I installed it and it’s HERA software my PC refuses to switch on to the boot screen unless I hit restart. When I disconnct the keyboard or use another membrane keyboard the pc starts fine.
Is this a matter of hardware or software clashing or is my 550w PSU too weak?

What is the make and model of the PSU(and it's age)? The wattage to the PSU does not indicate a good or badly built unit. Also, have you tried verifying that the keyboard isn't faulty by running the(assumed) culprit keyboard on a donor system...?
